Vitamin B12 Injectables ONLY

Vitamin B12 is delivered directly into your muscle, where it is absorbed by your body for maximum effectiveness (about 98%!). Whether you need a quick pick-me-up or a consistent wellness regimen, our B12 injections can be done weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on your goals.
1. Correcting B12 deficiency quickly
Injections go straight into the bloodstream, so they work faster than oral supplements—important if you have conditions like Pernicious anemia or absorption issues.

Sports and School Physicals
Are you or your child in need of a physical for school, sports, or other activities? We offer comprehensive physical exams to help ensure you're ready for participation in school sports or meet the requirements for other programs.
What We Offer:
Comprehensive Physical Exam: A thorough exam to assess overall health, including checking vital signs, vision, heart, and lung function.
Medical History: A review of personal and family medical history to ensure any health concerns are noted and addressed.
Clearance for Activities: Once the physical is complete and any necessary tests are reviewed, you will receive your forms for school or sports participation. These can either be picked up in the office or emailed directly to you for convenience.
What to Expect During Your Visit:
Initial Visit: Your appointment will begin with a traditional office visit where our healthcare provider will perform a full exam and review your medical history.
Forms Completion: Once the physical is complete your forms will be ready. You can pick them up in the office or request to have them emailed to you for convenience.
